RMLS statistics from January 2012

January statistics for the Portland metro area confirm that we are experiencing an uptick in interest in buyers.  Oddly we have not experienced and upsurge in sellers and so there is a shortage on “fresh” properties.




Here’s a list of what people in my office are looking for just this week:

  • looking for a renovated Portland 4 square up t $750,000
  • looking for a Tudor in Grant Park
  • looking for something below 33rd that is an old Portland Bungalow up to $300,000
  • Looking for something in SE Milwaukie up to $120,000
  • looking for a split level, new construction in the Foster Powell are for up to $200,00
  • looking in N Portland for 2BD/1BA/1800SF up to $200,000
  • looking for close in SE or NE up to $400,000 townhome end unit
  • looking for a 4square home with original charm in inner Portland up to $400,000
  • looking for multi-family and can go up to $1,000,000
